Welcome to NexPath Coaching, LLC 's online or live courses (the "Courses"), Resources (Free or Paid), Webinars (Free or Paid),and Workshops (Free or Paid). By purchasing, accessing, or using any of the Courses, Resources or Services offered through NexPath Coaching, LLC , you ("User" or "Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any of our Courses, Resources or Services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use any of our Courses, Resources or Services. From this point forward all Courses, Resources (Free or Paid), Webinars (Free or Paid) and Workshops (Free or Paid) and Services will be referred to as (“Services Offered”) unless otherwise stated.

1. Services Offered Access and Use

-These Terms of Use apply to all Services Offered by NexPath Coaching, LLC (referred to as the "Company").

-Upon purchase, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the specific Course(s) you purchased for personal use only.

-Each purchase grants you access to one Course unless a bundle or package with multiple Courses is explicitly purchased.

-You are not permitted to share login credentials or Course materials with anyone else. Each purchase is for individual use, and group sharing is prohibited.

-All other Services Offered outside the Courses offered as stated above, will be for the use of the purchaser or recipient of the request for free services offered unless otherwise agreed upon or indicated.

2. Payment and Refunds for Services Offered

-Full payment is required at the time of purchase for any Course, Webinar or Workshop unless a payment plan is explicitly offered by the Company.

-ONCE ANY COURSE IS PURCHASED THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

3. Intellectual Property

-All content provided for the Services Offered, including but not limited to videos, documents, slides, worksheets, and templates, is the intellectual property of NexPath Coaching, LLC or its licensors.

-You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Courses without prior written permission from the Company.

-Unauthorized use of Course materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Services Offered Conduct

-By enrolling in any Services Offered, you agree to use the materials for lawful purposes only.

-You are prohibited from:

-Sharing or reselling access or materials.

-Engaging in any activity that interferes with the Services Offered or the Company’s systems.

-Copying, distributing, or altering any part of the Services Offered without express permission.

-Respect the learning environment and fellow participants when interacting in any group forums, chats, or live sessions that may accompany the Services Offered.

5. Course Availability and Updates

-Access to the Courses is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

-The Company makes no guarantees regarding the availability of any specific Course content or materials, which may be changed or removed at the Company’s discretion.

-You will have access to each course you purchase for up to 180 days from the date of purchase for each course.

-After 180 days, you will lose access to the course.

-If you have not completed the course within the 180 days after purchase, you will need to repurchase the course for another 180 days at the original purchase price. No discounts will be given.

-Lifetime access for any courses provided is not offered. Access is only granted for 180 days after purchase of the course.

6. Disclaimer

-The Services Offered are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

-The Company makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided within the Services Offered.

-Participants are responsible for how they choose to apply the information and techniques provided in the Services Offered.

-It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to implement the information gained from the Services Offered.

-Failure to implement the information from this Services Offered falls solely on the purchaser.

-NexPath Coaching, LLC is not a CPA Firm

-THERE WILL BE NO ACCOUNTING, BOOKKEEPING OR TAX ADVICE PROVIDED IN ANY OF THE COURSES AVAILABLE.

7. User Responsibilities

-You are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information at the time of registration and maintaining the security of your account.

-You must not impersonate others or provide false information when accessing the Services Offered.

8. Termination of Access

-The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services Offered if you violate these Terms of Use.

-Upon termination, you must cease using the Service Offered materials and delete any downloaded content in your possession.

9. Limitation of Liability

-To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexPath Coaching, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services Offered.

-The Company is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken as a result of using the Services Offered materials.

10. Governing Law

-These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

-Any legal action arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use must be brought in the courts of Burleson County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

-The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised terms. Your continued use of the Services Offered after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
